Delete your account in the app

You can delete your game account and its associated online data directly in KOKUKY's settings by selecting DELETE ACCOUNT.

Request deletion online

If you no longer have access to the app, send a deletion request to antikainen.m@gmail.com.

Use the subject KOKUKY – account deletion request and include the email address associated with your game account. Do not send passwords or your Apple or Google sign-in credentials.

What we delete

We delete your game account, profile, leaderboard entry and active queue data. Completed matches remain in your opponents' match history, showing your player name at the time of play and the course of the match. You can request anonymization of these records by contacting the address above, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Deletion requests are processed without undue delay. We may ask you to verify your identity using reasonable means to make sure we do not delete someone else's account.
