Service description

Kolmannen Kuulan Kyynel (KOKUKY) is a two-player petanque game for mobile devices. The game includes local game modes and an online mode with turn-based matches against other players and leaderboards visible to all players. The game is in development (alpha), and its content and features may change.

Fair play

You agree to play fairly. Cheating, deliberate exploitation of bugs, automated play and manipulation of results are prohibited. Violations may lead to results being voided, removal from the leaderboard or closure of your game account.

Names and player-provided content

Player names, team names and mottos must be appropriate. Offensive, misleading, rights-infringing or otherwise inappropriate content is prohibited. The developer may edit or remove inappropriate names and, where necessary, close the account.

No warranty

The game is provided as is, without warranties. We do not guarantee that the game or the online service works without interruptions or errors. The online service may be suspended or discontinued. The developer is not liable for indirect damages to the extent permitted by mandatory law.

Privacy

The processing of personal data is described in a separate privacy policy, available in the game settings.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated. Updated terms are shown in the game, and continued use of the game after changes means you accept them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Finland.
