DATA CONTROLLER

The developer of this game and the controller of your personal data is Uber Creative Oy, a company based in Finland.

WHAT DATA WE COLLECT

When you sign in and play online matches, we process the following data:

- Sign-in data: the identity token (ID token) of your Google or Apple account, the email address your sign-in provider passes along, and a Firebase user ID (UID) that identifies your game account.
- Profile data: the player name, team name and motto you enter yourself, plus game preferences synced to your profile (for example settings, calibration and unlocked boules).
- Game data: wins, losses, ELO rating, throw statistics (for example best and average throw and hit accuracy) and online match turn data (for example throw results).
- Device- or app-installation-related identifiers: a Firebase Cloud Messaging notification token for signed-in players and Play Integrity attestation data. These are used for gameplay turn notifications and service security.

We do not request access to device location or contacts. You may optionally select or take a player-card photo. Data processed by the advertising service in the ad-supported version is described below.

PURCHASES AND ACCESS

The full game can be unlocked with a one-time purchase in the App Store or Google Play. The store processes payment; the game does not receive payment card details. The game checks the store-verified product and purchase status and caches access on the device for restoration and offline play. A free entitlement for an existing player account may also be stored with its user ID in Firebase.

WHY WE PROCESS DATA

The game-account data listed above is used to run the game: finding opponents in online play (matchmaking), showing leaderboards, and storing your profile and progression. The legal basis for processing is providing the game service to you (contract, Article 6(1)(b) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation).

WHERE DATA IS PROCESSED

Online profile and match data is stored in Google's Firebase service. Google acts as a data processor on behalf of the controller. Firebase services also provide authentication, notification delivery and service security. Processing by these services is not limited to the game database location: data may also be processed outside the EU/EEA under Google's data processing terms and applicable transfer safeguards, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. PUBLIC DATA

Please note that your player name, team name and statistics (wins, losses, rating and throw statistics such as best and average throw and hit accuracy) are visible to other players on the leaderboard and in matches. Do not use a player or team name containing information you do not want to show to others.

DATA STORED ONLY ON YOUR DEVICE

Practice progression, the local save file and the optional player-card photo stay on your own device and are removed when you delete the game. The player-card photo is not sent to the game server. If you are signed in, the profile and game data described above are additionally synced to the Firebase service.

RETENTION

We keep your data for as long as your game account exists. When your account is deleted, your profile, leaderboard row and matchmaking data are deleted from the Firebase service without undue delay. Completed matches remain in your opponents' match history as match records showing your player name at the time of play and the course of the match; you can request anonymization of these records by contacting the address above.

YOUR RIGHTS

Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you have the right to access your data, the right to have inaccurate data rectified, and the right to request erasure of your data.

You can delete your game account and its online data directly in the game settings via POISTA TILI (Delete account). You can also send any data requests to antikainen.m@gmail.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Finland the supervisory authority is the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).

ADS AND YOUR CHOICES

In the free version, Google AdMob may show one ad after a completed match. The first welcome match, practice, and players with full access are ad-free. Play continues if an ad is unavailable.

When the advertising service is enabled, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may process your IP address (which can indicate approximate location), app/device identifiers, ad impressions and interactions, and performance/diagnostic data to deliver and measure ads and prevent fraud. We do not send your game-account name, email, photo, Firebase ID or match results to AdMob. The game requests non-personalized ads; this does not mean the advertising service processes no data.

Required advertising privacy choices are presented through Google's consent form. You can also review ad partners, processing purposes and partner privacy policies in that form. Processing that requires consent relies on your consent. Available choices can be reopened under Settings → Ad privacy settings. Ad requests are made only when Google's consent tool permits them. The iOS version does not request tracking permission and cannot obtain the IDFA advertising identifier without operating-system permission.

Unlocking the full game removes future ads and ad preloading. A purchase or deletion of your game account does not automatically delete data previously processed by Google. Identifiers of consumed match ad opportunities are stored locally to prevent repeated ads for the same match. They are not sent to the game server.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

If this policy changes, the updated version is shown in the game. Material changes will be announced separately.
